Meaning in English
As waters flow into the ocean, which is ever being filled yet stays unmoved within its bounds, so the one into whom all desires enter in this way attains peace, not the one who chases desires.

Explanation
The ocean is constantly filled by the rivers flowing into it, yet it stays within its shores, unmoved. In the same way, the person into whom all desires flow without disturbing them attains peace — not the one who keeps craving more.
The image is gentle and realistic: desires will still come, as rivers still reach the sea. The wise person is not someone who never feels a wish, but someone whose depth is not shaken by it.
Living it today
Let wishes arise without acting on them at once. Like the ocean, stay deep enough that they do not overflow you.
