Explanation
Whoever truly knows Krishna's vibhūti, his glorious manifestation in the world, and his yoga, the divine power behind it, becomes established in unwavering yoga. Krishna adds that there is no doubt about this. Knowing how the Divine shows itself everywhere steadies the seeker's practice.
This verse introduces the two key words of the chapter. Shankara explains vibhūti as the Lord's extension or pervasion of the world and yoga as his power of union and mastery, the source of that pervasion. Ramanuja takes vibhūti as the Lord's rulership over all, and yoga as his auspicious qualities. Avikampena yogena, unshakable yoga, is read as steady devotion or steady meditative knowledge, depending on the tradition. Arjuna will ask, from verse 16 on, to hear this vibhūti and yoga in detail.
