Explanation

I see you everywhere, endless in form, with countless arms, bellies, mouths and eyes. O Lord of the universe, O universal form, I see in you no end, no middle and no beginning. Arjuna cannot find any limit to what he beholds.

The phrase 'no end, no middle, no beginning' expresses infinity in space and time; the Lord cannot be located or measured. The address Vishvarupa, 'whose form is the universe', gives the chapter its traditional name, Vishvarupa Darshana Yoga. Commentators across schools agree that the verse points to the limitlessness of God, which the finite mind can glimpse but not grasp. Arjuna's repeated 'I see' shows the vision overwhelming his words.

भावार्थ
