Explanation
For the yogi who remembers me constantly, every day, with a mind turned to nothing else, I am easily reached, O Partha, for such a one is always united with me. Constant, loving remembrance makes God close and easy to reach.
After describing the demanding yogic departure of 8.12–13, Krishna offers a gentler path: the person whose remembrance is constant and wholehearted finds him easy to attain (sulabha). Ramanuja treats this as a key bhakti verse, saying the Lord himself, unable to bear separation from such a devotee, makes himself available and helps him at the end. Shankara also notes that God becomes easily accessible to the single-minded. The word sulabha is one of the qualities Vaishnava traditions most cherish in God.
