- Place: Nagpur
- Address by: M. S. Golwalkar

What the address covered
According to Shri Guruji Samagra, Golwalkar's Shastrapujan address called Indian life essentially Hindu life and blamed caste, language and regional quarrels for past defeats. He said leaders avoided a cow-slaughter ban for fear of losing Muslim votes. In the Vijayadashami address he called Pakistan an enemy and lamented the loss of a third of Kashmir. He portrayed Christian missionary hospitals and schools as tools of conversion and Western influence. He warned that Cold War blocs might choose India as their next battleground and that neutrality would not protect it. He urged self-reliance in arms.
Context
Raised cow protection and missionary activity; Cold War neutrality critique.
