What the address covered

According to Shri Guruji Samagra, the Shastrapujan address described the world powers as expansionist, citing a Soviet film that called Moscow the future world capital. Golwalkar argued that real strength must come from within society, not from outside help. In the Vijayadashami address he said Congress had abandoned the Hindu nationalism of Tilak's era, called socialism a failed idea and criticised dependence on foreign aid. He said India's mission was to replace materialism with spirituality and that he would accept being called 'imperialist' for that aim.

How sure is this?

This account rests mainly on one source, listed below; details may be incomplete. For these years the main source is the organisation's own compilation of Golwalkar's talks (Shri Guruji Samagra), which prints edited summaries rather than verbatim transcripts.
